


Booking - Terms & ConditionsYour deposit is confirmation of booking which guarantees you that the pitch accommodation requested is available and allocated for the whole of your booking. Consequently site fees are payable for the whole period of the booking and all fees are to be settled, in full, on arrival. Refunds of deposit, less £2 booking administration fee, will only be given for cancellations, or cutting short the period of stay, where we have been given at least 7 days prior notice. Failure to arrive on the date booked, and have not advised us directly, the pitch may be re-let the following day. The deposit will not be refunded. Units may not be left on site for use by other friends or relatives without prior agreement with us. We do not guarantee a specific pitch, although will try to accommodate special requests where we can. Any person(s) in your party persistently behaving in a manner that causes offence or damage to other customers or their property may result in your entire party being told to leave the site. No refund will be given in such circumstance. Insurance and security of your unit*, and all property, is your responsibility at all times while it is sited at Ashfield Caravan Park. Ashfield Caravan Park accepts no responsibility or liability for theft or damage to any customer property. If you do not accept the conditions of booking a written, or faxed cancellation of booking must be received 7 days before your arrival date. Under these circumstances, the deposit, less £2 booking administration fee, will be refunded. * Unit refers to your accommodation on site, be it caravan, motorhome, campervan, tent, folding camper, trailer tent, or other. We require a £20 deposit per pitch to secure your booking. |
